Day Octopus (Octopus cyanea)

Meet the underwater chameleon!! We love our Octopus encounters - their ability to change their colour and pattern to blend in and also to display their mood is truly spectacular. This large adult was happy to let us get close and quite curious. Each rendezvous reminds us of the inspiring movie "My Octopus Teacher" which featured on Netflix.
