PEACOCK MANTIS SHRIMP - (Odontodactylus scyllarus)

Havannah Harbour, Vanuatu. Approx. 5 mtrs. depth. These predatory shrimps can be incredibly shy and scurry back to their burrows at the hint of movement. Every so often one will be curious enough to stop to check us out, like this! The second printed shot in a series from a once of encounter, the first is proudly hanging on the wall of a dear friend in Vanuatu.
