TREE OF LIFE

We affectionately labelled this large plate coral from Mele Bay, Vanuatu as the tree of life. The stem has years of growth lines and reminded us of the giant tree in the Avatar movie. Despite appearing white this coral is not bleached, this is the underside, the tip was normal.
