BLACK BLOTCHED PORCUPINE FISH - (Diodon liturosus)

This particular fish stayed out in the open - usually very timid - it had little choice! Its much larger mate can just be made out in the crevice in front of the head - quite possibly a mating occurring. Havannah Harbour, Vanuatu
